The countryside is greener everyday – the carpets of yellow wildflowers are brighter everyday – the skies are “bigger” everyday.  Sparrows are swooning, upapas are gracing the hills, nests are everywhere, cherry blossoms, (the latest fruit trees to flower) are ready to burst, olive trees are just about to flower… the vineyards are aching to sprout their first leaves and begin a new season after a long rest.
