Reservations/Cancellations

Guaranteed reservations require a credit card number, the exact name as it appears on the card and the expiration date. No deposit will be charged to your credit card. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, or cash in Euros. Sorry, no personal checks or Traveler’s checks.

• Cancellations made prior to 30 days are refunded in full.
• For cancellations made 30-15 days prior to the expected arrival date, 30% of your total will be charged.
• For cancellations made 14-7 days prior to the expected arrival date, 50% of your total will be charged.
• For cancellations made 6-3 days prior to the expected arrival date, 75% of your total will be charged.
• For cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the expected arrival date, 100% of your total will be charged.

General Information

• Check-in time is between 4 and 7pm. Special arrangements should be made for late arrivals. Check-out time is by 11am.
• Genius Loci is a non-smoking inn.
• Sorry, while we are pet lovers we unfortunately cannot accommodate pets.
• Only under very particular circumstances will Genius Loci accept reservations for one-night stays.
