The brand new Genius Loci apartment which sleeps two (sorry, no children or pets) is not your usual rental apartment: it is luxuriously finished (with the highest quality materials), furnished (with items from our former home and from the Tacconi family estate) and appointed (with exquisite fixtures and draperies) to the highest standards of quality. It occupies the private ground floor of our new house above, located just steps away and above the main Inn. Every room and the porch overlook the gorgeous, sweeping views of lush vineyards, olive groves, fruit trees, gently rolling hills, medieval hill towns and fields of sunflowers (in the summer) from the large screened windows.
The apartment is relaxedly elegant and spacious at 65 sq. meters PLUS the 35 sq. meters of its furnished front porch with:
* living room
* kitchen (intended for simple meal preparation rather than for important cooking) without dishwasher or oven
* bedroom with European king sized bed which cannot be twin bedded
* bathroom with large glass-enclosed stall shower
and includes:
* AC/Heating
* all utilities
* all linens and pool towels (in season)
* all basic kitchen staples, including our very own Genius Loci organic extra virgin olive oil and a supply of Nespresso coffee capsules
* use of our property vegetables and fruit… as and if available
* washing facilities upon request (ask Mary)
* private, convenient parking space
The apartment, deliberately, does not have a TV.
This beautiful apartment is reserved for stays of at least one week with preference given to longer stays. It may be rented with a choice between two formulas:
Formula A) with daily continental buffet breakfast at the Inn and with daily housekeeping
Formula B) without daily continental buffet breakfast at the Inn and with one mid-stay “touch-up” cleaning and linens’ change per week
